How do I pair with my partner?

To pair with your partner, one of you needs to generate a pairing code in the app settings. The other partner can then enter this code to establish the connection. When you purchase a premium subscription, your paired partner automatically receives full Premium access at no extra cost, even if they do not have an active subscription of their own.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find PillowSync, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. PillowSync relies on Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. Your private data is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud vault, accessible only to you. When you actively share data with a partner, it is securely end-to-end encrypted before being routed via Apple's public database. We do not operate any third-party backend servers, so we never see or have access to your intimate records. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

What's the difference between free and premium?

The free version allows you to log basic session information. Premium features include interactive trend exploration, advanced breakdowns (positions, acts), and partner pairing capabilities.

Do you share my data with third parties?

We absolutely do not sell or share your data with advertisers or analytics firms. Your private session logs are stored securely in your personal iCloud vault, far out of our reach. During partner synchronization, encrypted logs pass exclusively through Apple's infrastructure (StoreKit for subscriptions, CloudKit for data sync). No third-party servers exist.
